How do I log in to Canvas? (Faculty)

There are two options for logging into Canvas.

Log in using your MyCCC username:

1. To log into Canvas, go to the Canvas Login page.
2. Click Login with your COAST Username and Password (Active Directory) Account. You will be directed to a district login page.
3. Enter your MyCCC username and MyCCC password, and click Login.
4. If you are off-campus, you’ll be required to enter a One Time Passcode (OTP) which will be sent to your email or phone.

Alternate/Email Login:

To set up your alternate Canvas login, go to  Canvas login by email page. The first time that you use this method you will need to establish a Canvas password.

1. Click Password help.
2. Enter your Coastline email and click Request Password.
3. Click the password reset link received in your email.
4. Follow the instructions to establish or change your Canvas password.

NOTE: After resetting your password, you may be re-directed to another webpage. Go back to Canvas login by email page to log in with your email address and Canvas password.
