What is Proctorio?

Online exams may require accessing an online proctor service, such as Proctorio, in order to maintain academic integrity. Proctorio is an automated proctoring system. This system captures video and movement while you take your exam. This video may be reviewed by your instructor to ensure that no cheating took place. To ensure academic integrity, Proctorio may also require an identity check. Proctorio requires that you use Google Chrome as your browser and it must be from a computer and not a tablet or phone. Depending on the settings for your exam, you may need a microphone and/or webcam.
