Do I have a school email address?

All students are assigned a school email address through Gmail. Coastline will use this email as the primary means of contacting you. You can access your email directly at gmail.cccd.edu or by going through your MyCoast account and clicking on the Gmail link. 

Student's email addresses are their MyCCC username followed by @student.cccd.edu. For example, if John Doe's username is jdoe45 and their email would be jdoe45@student.cccd.edu 

Make sure you use this email any time you communicate with faculty or staff at Coastline as it's one of the ways we protect student's privacy. 

We realize managing another email account can be cumbersome so you're welcome to have your email forwarded to another account. Check out Google's directions for forwarding your gmail to another account.
