My Course Disappeared From My Dashboard
If your course has disappeared from your Dashboard, check to make sure that the course is still in the All Courses list by clicking on Courses on the left, and then click on All Courses. If the course is listed there and you want it to appear on your Dashboard, click on the Star next to the course name to mark it as a favorite.
My Course Isn't Listed in All Courses Either
If your course isn't listed in All Courses, check to make sure you're still enrolled by viewing your Student Class Program. While you're checking your enrollment, also make sure that the course is still active. The "End Date" column indicates the last official day of the course.
My Course Isn't Listed On My Student Class Program
If your course isn't listed on your Class Program, you're no longer enrolled. If you didn't drop your course, you may have been dropped for non-payment by Admissions and Records or you may have been dropped by your instructor.
Our Admissions and Records office can tell you the general reason for your drop but if you were dropped by your instructor, you will need to reach out to them directly to see why they dropped you.
Inactivity is a common reason students are dropped from courses by their instructors as they are required (by law) to drop inactive students who aren't completing academic assignments.
My Course has Ended
If your course has ended, the default is to have access to the content for one year after the official end date of the course so you can view your grades, instructor feedback, and other components of the course. Your instructor, however, reserves the right to change this date to restrict viewing. If you need/want access to your course, you'll need to contact them directly. Let us know if you need their contact information and we can look it up for you.
